As a current student at L'École Culinaire - St. Louis, the eCompanion learning system will serve as an online supplement to the classes you are taking at the campus. All of your courses at L'École Culinaire - St. Louis will have a corresponding eCompanion course shell where you will be able to view announcements, submit homework assignments, participate in chat sessions and threaded discussions, and view your grade progress. Your instructor will be responsible for maintaining and facilitating the course environment.
