The facilities at 9811 South Forty Drive contain approximately 27,986 square feet devoted to classroom and lab/kitchen facilities for training. Classrooms contain computers needed for instruction and lab/kitchen areas contain student work stations with stoves, ovens, sinks, warming units, and all other supplies/equipment needed for training in the culinary arts.
